(قَوْلُهُ وَلَا يَقْتُلُ صَيْدًا) لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {لا تَقْتُلُوا الصَّيْدَ وَأَنْتُمْ حُرُمٌ} أَيْ وَأَنْتُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ وَحُرُمٌ جَمْعُ حَرَامٍ وَالصَّيْدُ هُوَ كُلُّ حَيَوَانٍ مُمْتَنِعٍ مُتَوَحِّشٍ بِأَصْلِ خِلْقَتِهِ مَأْكُولًا كَانَ أَوْ غَيْرَ مَأْكُولٍ
