(قَوْلُهُ: وَكَذَلِكَ إذَا ضَاقَ الْوَقْتُ فَخَافَ إنْ تَوَضَّأَ فَاتَ الْوَقْتُ لَمْ يَتَيَمَّمْ وَلَكِنَّهُ يَتَوَضَّأُ وَيُصَلِّيهَا فَائِتَةً) لِأَنَّ الْفَوَاتَ إلَى الْخَلَفِ وَهُوَ الْقَضَاءُ.
