(الثَّالِثُ أَنْ يُؤْمَنَ فِي اسْتِيفَاءِ) قَوَدِ (تَعَدِّيهِ) أَيْ الِاسْتِيفَاءِ (إلَى غَيْرِ جَانٍ) لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {فَلَا يُسْرِفْ فِي الْقَتْلِ}

(الثالث) من شروط استيفاء القصاص: (أن يؤمن في استيفاء) للقود (تعديه) أي: أن يتعدى الاستيفاء (إلى غير جان) ؛ لقول الله سبحانه وتعالى:{فَلَا يُسْرِف فِّي الْقَتْلِ}.
