(فَلَوْ عَفَا) الْوَلِيُّ إلَى الدِّيَةِ (وَقَدْ قَطَعَ) مِنْ جَانٍ (مَا فِيهِ دُونَ دِيَةٍ) كَيَدٍ أَوْ رِجْلٍ (فَلَهُ) أَيْ وَلِيِّ الْجِنَايَةِ مِنْ الْجَانِي (تَمَامُهَا) أَيْ الدِّيَةِ
