(وَ) حَرُمَ بَوْلُهُ وَتَغَوُّطُهُ (عَلَى مَا نُهِيَ عَنْ اسْتِجْمَارٍ بِهِ لِحُرْمَتِهِ) كَطَعَامٍ وَمُتَّصِلٍ بِحَيَوَانٍ وَمَا فِيهِ اسْمُ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى ; لِأَنَّهُ أَفْحَشُ مِنْ الِاسْتِجْمَارِ بِهِ.
