(لَكِنْ نِصْفُ دِيَةِ الْمُنْكَبِّ) عَلَى عَاقِلَةِ الْمُسْتَلْقِي (مُغَلَّظَةً و) نِصْفُ دِيَةِ (الْمُسْتَلْقِي) عَلَى عَاقِلَةِ الْمُنْكَبِّ (مُخَفَّفَةً) قَالَهُ فِي الرِّعَايَةِ.
