(وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ) الْمَأْمُورُ (مُكَلَّفًا) بِأَنْ كَانَ صَغِيرًا أَوْ مَجْنُونًا (ضَمِنَهُ) لِتَسَبُّبِهِ فِي إتْلَافِهِ.
