(وتغلظ) دية عمد وشبه عمد (في طرف، كـ) ما تغلظ في (نفس) ؛ لاتفاقهما في السبب الموجب، (لا في غير إبل) يعني: أنه لا تغلظ الدية في غير الإبل؛ لعدم وروده. (وتجب) الدية
