(فَلَا حَقَّ فِيهَا لِقَاتِلٍ) لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَرِثُ الْمَقْتُولَ (وَلَا لِكَامِلٍ رِقٍّ) لِأَنَّهُ مَانِعٌ لِلْإِرْثِ وَيَرِثُ الْمُبَعَّضُ مِنْهَا بِقَدْرِ حُرِّيَّتِهِ كَغَيْرِهَا
