(عُشْرُهَا) أَيْ: الدِّيَةِ لِحَدِيثِ التِّرْمِذِيِّ وَصَحَّحَهُ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مَرْفُوعًا «دِيَةُ أَصَابِعِ الْيَدَيْنِ وَالرِّجْلَيْنِ عَشْرٌ مِنْ الْإِبِلِ لِكُلِّ أُصْبُعٍ» وَفِي الْبُخَارِيِّ عَنْهُ مَرْفُوعًا قَالَ: " هَذِهِ وَهَذِهِ سَوَاءٌ " يَعْنِي الْخِنْصَرَ وَالْإِبْهَامَ
