شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَيَرُدُّ الدِّيَةَ آخِذٌ) لَهَا (عُلِمَ كَذِبُهُ) لِتَبَيُّنِ أَنَّهُ قَبَضَهَا بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ.

[فَصْلٌ فِي كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ الشُّعُورِ الْأَرْبَعَةِ الدِّيَةُ] وَفِي كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ الشُّعُورِ الْأَرْبَعَةِ الدِّيَةُ كَامِلَةً
