(وَخَطَؤُهُمَا) أَيْ: الْإِمَامِ وَالْحَاكِمِ (فِي غَيْرِ حُكْمٍ) كَرَمْيِهِمَا صَيْدًا فَيُصِيبَانِ آدَمِيًّا (عَلَى عَاقِلَتِهِمَا) كَخَطَأِ غَيْرِهِمَا
