شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَ) يُكَفِّرُ (مِنْ مَالِ غَيْرِ مُكَلَّفٍ) كَصَغِيرٍ وَمَجْنُونٍ (وَلِيُّهُ) فَيُعْتِقُ مِنْهُ رَقَبَةً لِعَدَمِ إمْكَانِ الصَّوْمِ مِنْهُمَا. وَلَا تَدْخُلُهُ النِّيَابَةُ. وَتَقَدَّمَ فِي الْحَجْرِ، وَيُكَفِّرُ سَفِيهٌ وَمُفْلِسٌ بِصَوْمٍ
