(وَالْحَدُّ كَفَّارَةٌ لِذَلِكَ الذَّنْبِ) الَّذِي أَوْجَبَهُ نَصًّا لِلْخَبَرِ.

[فَصْلٌ اجْتَمَعَتْ حُدُودٌ لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى مِنْ جِنْسٍ وَاحِدٍ] وَإِنْ اجْتَمَعَتْ حُدُودٌ لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى مِنْ جِنْسٍ وَاحِدٍ
