(وَتُسْتَوْفَى حُقُوقُ آدَمِيٍّ كُلُّهَا) فِيهَا قَتْلٌ أَوْ لَا كَسَائِرِ حُقُوقِهِ، وَلِأَنَّ مَا دُونَ الْقَتْلِ حَقُّ الْآدَمِيِّ فَلَا يَسْقُطُ بِالْقَتْلِ كَالدُّيُونِ
