(وَ) يُعْتَبَرُ (أَنْ لَا يَرْجِعَ) مُقِرٌّ بِزِنًا (حَتَّى يَتِمَّ الْحَدُّ) فَإِنْ رَجَعَ عَنْ إقْرَارِهِ أَوْ هَرَبَ تُرِكَ وَتَقَدَّمَ
