(وَ) قَوْلُهُ لِآخَرَ (مَا أَنْتَ ابْنَ فُلَانَةَ لَيْسَ بِقَذْفٍ مُطْلَقًا) سَوَاءٌ أَرَادَ قَذْفَهُ بِهِ أَوْ لَا إذْ الْوَلَدُ مِنْ أُمِّهِ بِكُلِّ حَالٍ.
