(وَيُنْفَقُ مِنْهُ) أَيْ: مَالِ الْمُرْتَدِّ (عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى مَنْ تَلْزَمُهُ نَفَقَتُهُ) لِوُجُوبِهِ عَلَيْهِ شَرْعًا كَالدَّيْنِ
