(وَ) مَنْ حَلَفَ (عَلَى فِعْلِ مُحَرَّمٍ أَوْ) عَلَى (تَرْكِ وَاجِبٍ وَجَبَ حِنْثُهُ) لِئَلَّا يَأْثَمَ بِتَرْكِ الْوَاجِبِ أَوْ فِعْلِ الْمُحَرَّمِ (وَحُرِّمَ بِرُّهُ) لِمَا سَبَقَ
