(وَ) مَنْ حَلَفَ (لَا يَأْكُلُ رَأْسًا وَلَا بَيْضًا حَنِثَ بِأَكْلِ رَأْسِ طَيْرٍ وَ) رَأْسِ (سَمَكٍ وَ) رَأْسِ (جَرَادٍ وَبَيْضِ ذَلِكَ) لِدُخُولِهِ فِي مُسَمَّى الرَّأْسِ وَالْبَيْضِ

(و) من حلف: (لا يأكل رأسًا ولا بيضًا حنث بأكل رأس طير، و) رأس (سمك، و) رأس (جراد، وبيضِ ذلك) في الأصح؛ لأن ذلك يدخل تحت مسمى الرأس والبيض فيحنث به.
