(وَ) إنْ حَلَفَ (لَا يَشْرَبُ مَاءً حَنِثَ بِمَاءِ مِلْحٍ وَ) مَاءٍ (نَجِسٍ) لِأَنَّهُ مَاءٌ (لَا) بِشُرْبِ (جُلَّابٍ) لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِمَاءٍ
