(وَ) إنْ قَدِمَ (نَهَارًا وَهُوَ) أَيْ: النَّاذِرُ (صَائِمٌ وَقَدْ بَيَّتَ النِّيَّةَ لِخَبَرٍ سَمِعَهُ صَحَّ) صَوْمُهُ (وَأَجْزَأَهُ) لِوَفَائِهِ بِنَذْرِهِ
