(وَمَنْ أَخَذَ مِنْ بَيْتِ الْمَالِ) مِنْ الْمُفْتِينَ (لَمْ يَأْخُذْ) مِنْ مُسْتَفْتٍ (أُجْرَةً لِفُتْيَاهُ وَلَا لِخَطِّهِ) اكْتِفَاءً بِمَا يَأْخُذْهُ مِنْ بَيْتِ الْمَالِ. [فَصْلٌ لِلْإِمَامِ أَنْ يُوَلِّي الْقَاضِي عُمُومَ النَّظَرِ فِي عُمُومِ الْعَمَلِ] فَصْلٌ وَيَجُوزُ لِلْإِمَامِ
