(وَ) يَجِبُ (عَلَيْهِ) أَيْ: الْقَاضِي (الْعَدْلُ بَيْنَ مُتَحَاكِمَيْنِ) تَرَافَعَا إلَيْهِ (فِي لَحْظِهِ) أَيْ مُلَاحَظَتِهِ (وَلَفْظِهِ) أَيْ كَلَامِهِ لَهُمَا (وَمَجْلِسِهِ وَدُخُولٍ عَلَيْهِ إلَّا إذَا سَلَّمَ أَحَدُهُمَا) عَلَيْهِ
