شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَيَحْرُمُ) عَلَى قَاضٍ (تَعْيِينُهُ قَوْمًا بِالْقَبُولِ) أَيْ قَبُولِ الشَّهَادَةِ بِحَيْثُ لَا يَقْبَلُ غَيْرَهُمْ لِوُجُوبِ قَبُولِ شَهَادَةِ مَنْ ثَبَتَتْ عَدَالَتُهُ (وَلَا يَصِحُّ وَلَا يَنْفُذُ حُكْمُهُ) أَيْ الْقَاضِي
