شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَإِقْرَارُهُ) أَيْ الْقَاضِي مُكَلَّفًا (غَيْرَهُ عَلَى فِعْلٍ مُخْتَلَفٍ فِيهِ) أَيْ فِي صِحَّتِهِ أَوْ حِلِّهِ لَيْسَ حُكْمًا بِصِحَّتِهِ أَوْ حِلِّهِ إنَّهُ الْإِقْرَارُ عَدَمُ التَّعَرُّضِ لَهُ،

(وإقرارُه) أي: إقرار القاضي إنساناً (غيرَه) مكلفاً (على فعل مختلف فيه) أي: في صحته أو في حله ليس كحكمه بصحة ذلك أو بحله؛ لأن الإقرار هنا عدم التعرض فقط.
