(وَلَا يُنْقَضُ حُكْمٌ بِتَزْوِيجِهَا) أَيْ الْمَرْأَةِ (نَفْسَهَا) وَلَوْ مَعَ حُضُورِ وَلِيِّهَا لِاخْتِلَافِ الْأَئِمَّةِ فِي صِحَّتِهِ وَحَدِيثُ " «لَا نِكَاحَ إلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ» " تَقَدَّمَ مَا فِيهِ
