(وَلَا يُعْتَبَرُ لِإِحْضَارِ مَنْ) أَيْ امْرَأَةٍ (تَبْرُزُ لِحَوَائِجِهَا) إذَا اسْتَعْدَى عَلَيْهَا (مَحْرَمٌ) لَهَا يَخْرُجُ مَعَهَا نَصًّا ; لِأَنَّهُ لَا سَفَرَ
