(وَكِتَابُهُ) أَيْ الْقَاضِي (فِي غَيْرِ عَمَلِهِ أَوْ) كِتَابُهُ (بَعْدَ عَزْلِهِ كَخَبَرِهِ) بِغَيْرِ عَمَلِهِ أَوْ بَعْدَ عَزْلِهِ وَتَقَدَّمَ حُكْمُهُ
