(وَإِنْ دَعَا شَرِيكَهُ فِي بُسْتَانٍ إلَى قَسْمِ أَرْضٍ أُجْبِرَ وَدَخَلَ الشَّجَرُ) فِي الْقِسْمَةِ (تَبَعًا) لِلْأَرْضِ كَالْأَخْذِ بِالشُّفْعَةِ
