(إلَّا) يُمْكِنُ التَّعْدِيلُ بِهَا (فَأَبَى أَحَدُهُمَا) الْقِسْمَةَ (لَمْ يُجْبَرْ) لِعَدَمِ إمْكَانَ تَعْدِيلِ السِّهَامِ الَّذِي هُوَ شَرْطُهَا (وَهَذَا النَّوْعُ) أَيْ قِسْمَةُ الْإِجْبَارِ
