(وَمَتَى ظَهَرَ فِيهَا) أَيْ قِسْمَةِ الْإِجْبَارِ (غَبْنٌ فَاحِشٌ بَطَلَتْ) لِتَبَيُّنِ فَسَادِ الْإِفْرَازِ،
