(وَيَصِحُّ بَيْعُهَا) أَيْ التَّرِكَةِ (قَبْلَ قَضَائِهِ) أَيْ الدَّيْنِ (إنْ قَضَى) الدَّيْنَ وَإِلَّا نُقِضَ الْبَيْعُ،

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ويصحُّ بيعُها) أي: بيع التركة (قبلَ قضائه) أي: قضاء الدين (إن قُضي) الدين، وإلا نقض البيع؛ كما لو كان التصرف بهبة أو نحوها.
