شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَإِنْ وُجِدَ) أَمْرٌ (ظَاهِرٌ) يُرَجِّحُ أَنَّهَا لِأَحَدِهِمَا (عُمِلَ بِهِ) أَيْ بِهَذَا الظَّاهِرِ فَيَحْلِفُ وَيَأْخُذُهَا،
