(وَإِلَّا) إنْ تَجْرِ الْعَادَةُ بِأَنَّهُ لِلْمُكْرِي كَالْأَثَاثِ وَالْأَوَانِي وَالْكُتُبِ وَالْحَبْلِ الَّذِي يَسْتَقِي بِهِ مِنْ بِئْرٍ (فَ) هُوَ (لِمُكْتَرٍ) بِيَمِينِهِ ; لِأَنَّ الْعَادَةَ أَنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ يُكْرِي دَارِهِ فَارِغَةً
