(وَإِنْ كَانَ لِأَحَدِهِمَا) أَيْ الْمُدَّعِيَيْنِ (بَيِّنَةٌ) بِالْعَيْنِ (حُكِمَ لَهُ بِهَا) كَمَا لَوْ أَنْكَرَهُمَا رَبُّ الْيَدِ وَنَازَعَ.
