(وَإِلَّا) يُصَدَّقُ وَاحِدٌ مِنْهُمَا وَلَا أَقَامَ وَاحِدٌ مِنْهُمَا بَيِّنَةً (حَلَفَ) لِكُلٍّ مِنْهُمَا يَمِينًا لِجَوَازِ تَعَدُّدِ الْعَقْدِ،

(وإلا) أي: وإن لم يصدق واحداً منهما ولم تقم بينة لواحد منهما: (حلف) لكل واحد منهما يميناً؛ لجواز تعدد العقد.
