(وَإِنْ كَذَّبَتْ) الْوَارِثَةُ (بَيِّنَةَ سَالِمٍ) الْأَجْنَبِيَّةَ (عَتَقَا) ; لِأَنَّ سَالِمًا مَشْهُودٌ بِعِتْقِهِ وَغَانِمًا مُقَرٌّ لَهُ بِأَنَّهُ لَا يَسْتَحِقُّ الْعِتْقَ سَوَاءٌ،
