(وَلَوْ لَمْ يُؤَدِّهَا) أَيْ الشَّهَادَةَ مَنْ تَحَمَّلَهَا فَاسِقًا (حَتَّى تَابَ قُبِلَتْ) ; لِأَنَّ الْعَدَالَةَ لَيْسَتْ شَرْطًا لِلتَّحَمُّلِ وَلَا تُهْمَةً،
