(وَإِنْ ادَّعَى وَصِيٌّ وَصِيَّةً لِلْفُقَرَاءِ فَأَنْكَرَ الْوَرَثَةُ) أَنَّ مُوَرِّثَهُمْ وَصَّى بِهَا (حَلَفُوا) عَلَى نَفْيِ ذَلِكَ لِأَنَّهُ حَقُّ آدَمِيٍّ
