شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَصَدَّقَهُ) أَيْ الْمُقِرَّ (مُقَرٌّ بِهِ) مُكَلَّفٌ لِأَنَّ لَهُ قَوْلًا صَحِيحًا وَكَمَا لَوْ أَقَرَّ لَهُ بِمَالٍ (أَوْ كَانَ) الْمُقِرُّ بِهِ (مَيِّتًا) وَيَرِثُهُ الْمُقِرُّ
