(وَيَصِحُّ اسْتِثْنَاءُ النِّصْفِ فَأَقَلَّ) لَا أَكْثَرَ مِنْهُ، قَالَ الزَّجَّاجُ: وَلَمْ يَأْتِ الِاسْتِثْنَاءُ إلَّا فِي الْقَلِيلِ مِنْ الْكَثِيرِ،

وَلَوْ قَالَ مِائَةٌ إلَّا تِسْعَةً وَتِسْعِينَ. لَمْ يَكُنْ مُتَكَلِّمًا بِالْعَرَبِيَّةِ وَمَعْنَاهُ قَوْلُ الْمُغْنِي. وَتَقَدَّمَ مُوَضَّحًا فِي الطَّلَاقِ
