(وَإِنْ أَقَرُّوا بِهَا لَهُمَا) أَيْ أَقَرَّ الْوَرَثَةُ بِالتَّرِكَةِ لِزَيْدٍ وَعَمْرٍو (مَعًا) أَيْ بِلَفْظٍ وَاحِدٍ (فَ) التَّرِكَةُ (بَيْنَهُمَا) سَوِيَّةً لِعَدَمِ الْمُرَجِّحِ
