(وَ) إنْ قَالَ (لَهُ) عَلَيَّ (دِرْهَمٌ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَأَرَادَ الْعَطْفَ أَوْ) أَرَادَ (مَعْنَى مَعَ) كَمَا سَبَقَ (لَزِمَاهُ) لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ

(و) لو قال: (له) علي (درهم في ثوب، وأراد العطف) اي: أراد درهم وثوب، (أو) أراد (معنى " مع ") بأن أراد درهم مع ثوب: (لزماه) أي: لزمه الدرهم والثوب؛ كما لو صرح بما أراده.
