(وَ) إنْ قَالَ (لَهُ) عَلَيَّ (دِرْهَمٌ فِي عَشَرَةٍ) وَأَطْلَقَ (يَلْزَمُهُ دِرْهَمٌ) لِإِقْرَارِهِ بِهِ وَجَعْلِهِ الْعَشَرَةَ مَحَلًّا لَهُ فَلَا يَلْزَمُهُ سِوَاهُ
