(أَوْ) مَا لَمْ (يُرِدْ الْحِسَابَ وَلَوْ جَاهِلًا بِهِ) أَيْ الْحِسَابِ (فَيَلْزَمُهُ عَشَرَةُ) دَرَاهِمَ لِأَنَّهَا حَاصِلُ الضَّرْبِ عِنْدَهُمْ

(أو) وما لم (يرد الحساب ولو) كان (جاهلا به) أي: بالحساب في الأصح: (فيلزمه عشرة) أي: عشرة دراهم مضروب الدرهم في عشرة؛ لأن ذلك هو المصطلح عليه عند الحساب.
