(وَإِقْرَارُهُ) أَيْ الشَّخْصِ (بِشَجَرٍ أَوْ شَجَرَةٍ) يَشْمَلُ الْأَغْصَانَ وَ (لَيْسَ إقْرَارًا بِأَرْضِهَا) لِأَنَّ الْأَصْلَ لَا يَتْبَعُ الْفَرْعَ،
