(أَوْ) يَخَافُ (فَوْتَ رُفْقَةٍ بِسَفَرٍ مُبَاحٍ) أَيْ: غَيْرِ مَكْرُوهٍ وَلَا حَرَامٍ (أَنْشَأَهُ) أَيْ: السَّفَرَ (، أَوْ اسْتَدَامَهُ) لِمَا فِي ذَلِكَ كُلِّهِ مِنْ الضَّرَرِ عَلَيْهِ
