شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَكُرِهَ إخْرَاجُنَا لَهُمْ) أَيْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ لِأَنَّهُمْ أَعْدَاءُ اللَّهِ، فَهُمْ أَبْعَدُ إجَابَةً.

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(وكره إخراجنا لهم) أي: لأهل الذمه؛ لأنهم أعداء الله. فيكونون. بعيدون من الإجابة. ولا تخرج شابة منهم بلا خلاف في المذهب. ذكره في " الفصول "، وجعل كأهل الذمة من خالف دين الإسلام في الجملة.
