(وَيُزَالُ خَاتَمٌ وَنَحْوُهُ) كَسِوَارٍ وَحَلْقَةٍ (لَوْ بِبُرْدَةٍ) لِأَنَّ تَرْكَهُ مَعَهُ إضَاعَةُ مَالٍ بِلَا مَصْلَحَةٍ.
